Omg today's catechism class was so funny.
Like we were supposed to get into groups to do a skit on the 7 deadly sins. Our group did on 'Pride'. So there were 3 bimbos, 3 nerds and one emo. We started with the bimbos bitching around, then they walked towards the emo and like disturb her. So the nerds decided to come to the rescue.
'Stop in the name of Science! Why are you bullying her?'
'Uh because we can afford to? And eww. Tests are already over. Why are you still studying.'
'I bet you don't even know what one plus one is.'
'Err, it's a window. Duhhhh!'
(laughs)
'I'm calling daddy!'
So funny.
Gna make my IC tmr, I think. Can't wait :D

Saw Grace and Jiayi for the first time after such a long time, ahhhh. Actually no that long la, but still..
I was concentrating on Maths when I heard someone scream 'Leryeeee..' I looked out of the classroom window way on the other side and got a shock. It was Grace and Jiayi :D Whoo, man I've missed them. So then continued lesson then went to the canteen to find them. They were eating orange bowl. Jiayi misses it like A LOT. hahah. Oh yeah, Grace is in Western Dance. And according to Jiayi, she has to be lifted off the ground by guys holding their waists and they have to do the body wave. whooo.
We then waited for Jingo and debbie to finish their SS assignment before going to AMK Hub to shop. We talked so much la. Haha I guess we all missed each other's company. Bought stuff (:D) and then Jing and debbie got Anderson's. Walked around before going home! Jiayi went with Maria, Jing with debbie and myself with Grace.
I think IP1 very tough lor. Take so many subs then still have Road Run; 3.4km for girls, 5.1km for guys. Those people so smart already still expect them to be so fit. Aiyo. Oh well.
Rah, I need to study this weekend. Have Chinese, SS, Chem and AMaths test next week! Urgh. Next week's week 9 alr. March hols are arriving, which means sleepover is arriving. I can't wait. oh and it also means that RV concert is coming. I'm afraid we're not prepared enough D: what if we perform horribly! Urgh.
Leryee is sagacious :D

WHAT MY NAME MEANS!You are influential and persuasive. You tend to have a lot of power over people.
Generally, you use your powers for good. You excel at solving other people's problems.
Occasionally, you do get a little selfish and persuade people to do things that are only in your interest. (Hahah omg maths hw!)
You are truly an original person. You have amazing ideas, and the power to carry them out.
Success comes rather easily for you... especially in business and academia.
Some people find you to be selfish and a bit overbearing. You're a strong person.
You are a very lucky person. Things just always seem to go your way.
And because you're so lucky, you don't really have a lot of worries. You just hope for the best in life.
You're sometimes a little guilty of being greedy. Spread your luck around a little to people who need it.
You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.(I don't think this is true)
You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.(Aggressive?! Not me.)
You have the classic "Type A" personality.
You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.
You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.
Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.
You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.
You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.
At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.
You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel.(I'm a good kid) You're always up to something.
You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense.
You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun.
You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in.
You are unpredictable, adventurous, and always a little surprising.
You may miss out by not settling down, but you're too busy having fun to care.(But I'm punctilious! Right..?)

Oh oh the improvised lyrics!
Birthday Song for Ler Yee :D
Verse 1:
Oh, oh, oh
You’re wondering why we’re here today
With this bar of chocolate and this song
Well, today’s your birthday,
And to our dismay
We didn’t prepare at all, so
We’re singing this song to celebrate
Oh, and you’re gonna move on
To something great
Chorus:
We can’t waste time cos today’s the day
We realise, we can’t throw it away
No need to worry ‘cause you’re already fifteen,
We’re already singing so don’t be too keen
Don’t look back got a new direction
No more alto you’re in the sop 1 section
Just wanna say happy birthday to you
You’re on our hearts just like a tattoo
Bridge:
And we hope that you’re happy
Must get A1 for every
Test that you take
And we say that we’re sorry
For being so hasty
There’s no birthday cake!
I love joshua and john :D

I had an awesome CNY, yay.
CNY Day 1:
Woke up bright and early at 9. My mom drove us to my grandma's to eat and get angbaos. We then headed over to another relative's and I got more angbaos and sold 2 Fiesta tickets :D Then we went to another relative's. Later in the day, we went over to my dad's side of the family to have dinner and get more angbaos. Then we followed my aunt home to watch tv and play with her dog, Bubbles :D she's really cute. And we went home.
CNY Day 2:
Woke up bright and early at 9 again. Went over to my cousin's to gamble. Well, we were SUPPOSED to gamble. In the end someone came late, so we stuck to the tv instead. Had lunch before going over to Serangoon Garden Country Club to catch the lion/drangon/birdy dance and the drums performance. Stood near the VIPs to get a good view. I think I broke my eardrums. Grabbed some ice cream and played with Charmaine and Rachael in the Kiddie Land room. Sold 2 more Fiesta tickets :D
Then off to Malaysia we went -my mom, brother, mom's colleague and myself. Drove into JB before Thomas Korkor got on and took over the wheel to drive us to this Kampong called Chaah in Yung Peng in Malaysia to visit Enzo Korkor's mom.

;Scenery along the way!
It was a really long 2 hours drive before we reached. You know, when they said Kampong, I thought they lived in grasshouses. Who knew they lived in normal houses made of bricks? Not me. And so, we ventured in.
It's a nice house. It's big and spacious. And! They built in a second storey by themselves. Whoa. We all gambled till dinnertime. Enzo Korkor brought us to this place to eat. The food's awesome, but we had to wait like 45 mins for it. Goodness lah.
THEN, I rode with Enzo Korkor on his motorbike and we went to buy firecracker stuffs :D The ride is awesome. As in, it's really cooling (unless he drives really fast then it feels like some fan blasting in your face). Yes, no helmets needed. We got back and the fun began.
Look at this:

Sweets? Wrong. They're called 'Happy Boom'. Really fun stuff. It becomes pretty and loud when you light it up.

Above is done by some 4 year old kid who twisted 2 Happy Booms together. Oh oh did I say that the kids there all have their own lighters? Oh yes they do. Goodness lah. But thank god they don't smoke. Anyway, isn't it preeeeetty? :D they also have some whistling loud thingys. Once you light up, you must run away immediately. First it goes boom. Then something shoots up into the sky and goes BOOM! Freaking loud.
Oh yes, Enzo Korkor also bought this fireworks thing for 500 bucks. He's so nice lah. Waste so much money for that few minutes of beautiful light thingys in the sky. And it's kinda illegal to set it off, so they had to do it in secret before running away. Anyway,

Pretty awesome, yes? I agree. So we continued playing with the fire thingys until late into the night. The adults were drinking Chivas Regal. Slept at 2!
CNY Day 3:
Woke up at 9 again. I don't know what's with waking up at 9. Enzo Korkor and Thomas Korkor weren't awake yet (they drank too much the night before) so we decided to go walk around with Enzo Korkor's sister. THEY GROW THEIR OWN VEGGIES AND FRUITS! So cool.

They even have a durian tree. But it was too camouflage-y so I didn't take any pictures.
Well, Enzo Korkor then woke up brought us to eat breakfast at some person's home which is made into a stall. Look at their tables!

A chopped treeeeee. The food's not that great. Oh well.
THEN WE DROVE TO THE WATERFALLLL. It's a 15 minutes drive up some mountain, deep deep into the forest-y place. It's heavenly.

Very naturely. Is there even such a word?

After the sight-seeing, we went to have a tea-break at some tea shop. Mm, the tea's good. Ate some bread too before going back to the house to eat lunch. Hahaa yes, ate a lot there. Enzo Korkor's mom is a really great cook. The food was deeeelicious. After eating, some lion dance thing came. The supposed 'lion' was bowing to the car. I wonder why.
We then had to go already D: Oh oh did I mention that they had dogs? Well, they do. I took some last minute pictures of the dogs, Whisky and Lucky. Psst, I love Whisky the Dalmatian more cause he's so friendly and sweet while Lucky bites.

And so, we left. I'll miss this wondrous place. It's so peaceful and everyone knows everyone.

It's loverly.
So back to the busy streets, we went. All the way to JB. There was this huge jam and so we reached Singapore at approx 7.45pm.
Bathed and changed before going to Gabriel's for his party. Felt really strange and awkward 'cause we haven't been there for such an awfully long time. However, it was quite fun. Everyone looks older, even the kids. Some look completely different, while some, recognisable. Played black jack, cut the cake, took some pictures, people-watched and that was it. Reached home at 12.30am and blogged until now.
I think this is one of the best CNYs I've ever had, thanks to Chaah. I will definitely beg my mom to bring me back there again :D
